1 Acceptance The Use Of Tala’s Hair & Beauty Centre Terms and Conditions
By using our Site, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which can be modified by Tala’s Hair & Beauty Centre at any time and without previous notice; by using the Site after any such change you agree to unconditionally comply with the terms and conditions as they are changed. This Privacy Policy applies to all customers of Tala’s Hair & Beauty Centre which is owned and operated by Exclusive Salon (HK) Ltd. “We”, “us” “our” “Tala’s Hair” and “Tala’s Hair & Beauty Centre” shall apply to Exclusive Salon (HK) Ltd as applicable.

A.3 Please note that it is mandatory for you to provide certain categories of Personal Data (as specified at the time of collection). In the event that you do not provide any Personal Data indicated as mandatory, we may not be able to provide you with our products or services.

B.1 If you provide any personal data to us, you are deemed to have authorised us to collect, retain and use personal information about you for the following purposes:
a. providing you with customer service including but not limited to processing and effecting sales, orders, refunds and exchanges relating to products and services available for sale in our shops;

B.4 We may use your name, phone number, residential address and email address (“Marketing Data”) to provide marketing materials (“Marketing Materials”) to you relating to goods/services sold/offered in our retail stores including the following goods/services: retail, cosmetics and beauty, health, wellbeing and medical (the “Goods and Services”).
B.5 We may share aggregate data that does not allow you to be identified with third parties for various purposes (including marketing and advertising), and may use this data in order to better understand your needs and to improve and adapt our products and services.
B.6 Any personal information supplied by you will be retained by us and will be accessible by our employees, any Third Party Service Providers engaged by us and third parties referred to at B.3 above, for or in relation to any of the purposes stated in B.1 herein.

9 Severance
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
